Why am I here!

Because I'm tired of looking to salt to flavor a meal. Such a big deal is placed on the fact that salt "draws out the flavor" and because there's so many different kinds of salt out there, you need to try them all.
I've been cooking for myself and in my restaraunts for 25 years and used salt in everything.
Once my doctor told me slow down on my salt intake and pay more attention to my health, I began to look a bit deeper into the whole salt thing. I started carmelizing veggies like brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes and onions and found all the flavor I need.
I call it the noaddedsaltguy cooking method/style of "using the ingredients WITHIN the meal to flavor it".
