In this four-part cooking series, you’ll transform a simple 6-pack of chicken breasts into 19 flavorful, low-sodium meals/meal kits you can enjoy anytime. No waste. No guesswork. Just smart, strategic cooking that stretches your grocery budget without sacrificing taste.
Each class is educational and interactive. I guide you step by step using a pre-recorded cooking video that I narrate in real time while you cook alongside me. Prefer to watch and learn? You’re welcome to attend as an observer and implement the techniques later.
This series is ideal for anyone following a low-salt lifestyle, first-time cooks building confidence in the kitchen, and home cooks who want to impress family and friends with thoughtful, flavorful meals.

With just about one hour per week, you’ll stock your freezer or plan weekly meals for the family with healthy, affordable meals you’ll actually look forward to eating.
Over four weeks, you’ll create eight rosemary breaded chicken filet meals — four paired with garlic mashed potatoes and four with caramelized sweet potatoes and onions. You’ll prepare five rosemary breaded chicken nugget meals served with garlic mashed potatoes, and six chicken marinara pasta meals. That’s 19 complete meals from one pack of chicken.
The experience builds week by week. In Week One, you’ll break down the chicken into filets, nuggets, and pasta portions. Week Two focuses on preparing rosemary breaded chicken filets with two sides. In Week Three, you’ll make rosemary breaded chicken nuggets with mashed potatoes. Finally, Week Four brings everything together with chicken marinara pasta dishes.

At checkout, you’ll see four class dates included. Please make sure you’re available for all four sessions, as each week builds on the previous one.

Once you complete your class purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
This is a live, online cooking class — not a physical food product. Because of class size limits, prep requirements, and scheduling logistics, please read and reply to this email as soon as possible (especially if you’re a first-time customer) to confirm you understand you’ve enrolled in a class. Orders that are not confirmed asap may be canceled.
The Saturday before your class, you’ll receive a Google Meet invitation from carlo@custommadepizzaguy.com. If you don’t see it, please be sure to check your spam folder.
After accepting the invite, you'll receive an email fron noaddedsaltguy@gmail.com containing the ingredients needed and the step by step instructions for the class; some sessions require light prep work the day prior.
Ingredient substitutions are always welcome (vegetarian options, different vegetables, etc.). Just let me know when you sign up, and I’ll adjust the menu to fit yours and the other participants needs.
Classes run less than an hour and are designed to be simple, interactive, and beginner-friendly.
